The new release lets you receive video calls to your iOS device from desk phones, door phones, intercom systems and more. When answering a call, a new dialog box will display the video feed from the caller directly to your iOS device. In this new feature, you can also enter a pre-configured code set on your door access system, allowing you to open the door from any location!
The new update also allows you to search for your CRM contacts, without contact sync being required in your company’s phone book. You can search by name, email and mobile number. The app will show you the results of your search from the 3CX company phone book and any other contact matches gotten from your CRM integration. The results are available when:
The new functionality also was included with receiving an incoming call as well. The 3CX client will now try to match the number with your 3CX phone book, local contacts, and your CRM software of your choosing. Dialing numbers directly on the key pad will also provide CRM contact matches now.
Additional fixed have been applied in Chat listing and Contact searching pages. The Scan QR code screen was also updated to have new instructions when provisioning your 3CX mobile app. Other minor fixes with voicemail listings and blind transfer logic were included.
