Submitting Tickets Through Your Portal Is Easy As 1, 2, 3!

Your customer portal is your one stop shop for paying invoices, checking due balances and even submitting service tickets. Today we’re going to go over step by step instructions on how to easily submit a service ticket through your customer portal and get your problem solved ASAP!

Service

Click on the “Service” menu option:

  • Creating a new service ticket is easy as 1 2 3!
  • You may also view historic tickets with the “Closed” filter.
